Last updated: March 25, 2005 Series 2 Coming to Region 1 DVD!After a tip from Voontah that a release date had been set, I sent an email to Chantell at Acorn Media. I received a reply this morning -- the official release date is confirmed as August 9, 2005! I'm not sure if this refers to Region 2 as well as Region 1, but I will keep you posted as I get more info.The thing to do now is to visit your favorite store or online seller and ask them about the product. And keep asking. Especially with places like Amazon.com, the more people who express interest in a title, the greater the chance of them carrying more copies and offering early reservations. (Just look what happened with Lost.) Remember it was us, the fans, who got Series 1 released in the first place and who kept sales high enough to ensure more releases. Our voices are definitely listened to -- we're the ones with the cash, after all. ;) No word yet from Amazon, comingsoon.net or the usual sources. I'll keep my eyes open and update as much as I can.
